If you’re visiting our Lincoln Park chiropractic care center for the first time, we’d like you to know exactly what to expect. We want your time with us to be a relaxing and positive experience.

Your First Visit
Your first visit will take about 45 minutes. As you enter the practice, you’ll be warmly greeted and invited to complete your new patient paperwork. We’ll collect your insurance information and a photo ID at that time. Before seeing one of the doctors, we’ll take you on a quick tour of the office. We want to familiarize yourself with your surroundings.
You’ll then be taken to a consultation room to meet with the doctor. Dr. Jen will conduct an in-depth assessment, including
- A detailed consultation, including a discussion of your personal goals
- An orthopedic and neurological evaluation
- X-rays, if needed (we provide on-site facilities for your convenience)
Your Second Visit
Your second visit will take approximately 30 minutes. During this appointment, the doctor will evaluate your examination and X-ray findings to help you understand the source of your problem. She’ll then discuss customized treatment choices to help you start feeling your best. Financing options also will be reviewed with you.
You’ll then conclude your second visit with your first gentle chiropractic adjustment.
Ongoing Chiropractic Care
Subsequent visits can take anywhere from 10-45 minutes. The length depends on the severity of your condition and what therapies are used to get you out of pain as quickly as possible. Once your spine has stabilized and you’re feeling great, we can discuss ongoing wellness care.
Most of our patients that have completed their initial care plan choose to come in for periodic wellness adjustments. They do so to maintain the feeling of wellness and vitality that chiropractic care provides. However, the choice is always yours. No matter what you decide, we always consider you an ongoing part of our practice family. Remember, we always accept same-day appointments and we’re open late.
